We offer several cleaning frequencies that allow us to meet the needs of any business.
Weekly: Recommend for small offices with low foot traffic. 2X per week: Recommended for medium sized offices with moderate foot traffic. Nightly: Recommended for larger offices or those with heavy foot traffic. One Time: Deep Cleanings, including disinfecting cleanings. This coordinator will help with any changes to the scope of work, schedule updates or quality issues.

Connie has coordinated over 6,000 cleanings. As an experienced member of our team, she has the expertise and knowledge to bring you industry leading service.
Administrative and Accounting Policies Insurance
Blue Hat Cleaning carries:
1M/2M Liability insurance Workman’s compensation insurance Vehicle insurance
If your property requires additional insurance, we can upgrade the policy. Additional costs from higher insurance requirements may be added to the service invoice.
We understand that our commercial customers are busy running their businesses, so we have made our invoicing and payment process easy.
Customers with invoices smaller than $1,000 per week are billed by credit card on Tuesday for all work performed the prior week. Customers with invoices greater than $1,000 per week are billed by ACH draft on Tuesday for all work performed the prior week. All customers receive their invoices via email. All customers have the option to receive a monthly statement to make reconciliation easy. We are happy to work with the A/P department at your company to set everything up. Pricing Scope:
A service manager will meet with you in person to determine the scope of your cleaning requirements. The scope of your cleaning will help determine pricing.
The following are some factors:
Surface age and type Area type (bathrooms, cubicles, kitchenettes etc.) Size Average time needed to clean to the customer’s satisfaction.
We are transparent with our pricing.
We will create an estimate for your approval. The estimate is an estimate. It is subject to review and modification with your approval if the scope changes.
We will work with customers to understand their budget and develop a plan to scope the work within the budget.
Starting Service Estimate and Billing Authorization
After you have spoken with your customer service coordinator, they will send you an email with a few different attachments. The following will be included:
A transparent, custom estimate for your approval* Certificates of insurance A W-9 A credit card or ACH billing authorization form*
*Must be completed by customer before service starts.
Scheduling and Access
Your customer service coordinator will start your service.
We will reach out to you to:
Schedule your service dates Make any notes about accessing the property (codes, keys etc.) After The First Visit
Your customer service coordinator will call you to see if you have any feedback about the cleaning. This gives them the opportunity to update your scope if needed. We always find feedback helpful and it helps us learn your property and how you like things to be done.
